How Do I Make Salmon Chowder?

Here is how you make Salmon Chowder:

Saute the onion in melted butter. Add potatoes & carrots and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning and continue cooking. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and continue cooking until potatoes & carrots are starting to get soft. Add peas, corn, and salmon. Mix cornstarch to a paste in cold water. Add to the soup and stir.
