Here is how you make Greek Spanikopita:

Preheat oven to 350. Defrost the spinach and make sure it's chopped into small pieces, set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour and milk and mix until they are no longer lumpy. Add the eggs and stir. Add the lemon juice, hot sauce, dill, and Greek seasoning and stir. Add the spinach and feta and mix. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer the first 8 pieces of phyllo dough in the bottom of the dish, spraying each layer with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture over the phyllo. Layer the remaining 7 phyllo sheets over the egg mixture, spraying each layer with cooking spray.
