2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 bananas, sliced
3 oranges, juiced
2 limes, juiced
4oz. pineapple juice
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 c. Home-style Inner Beauty Hot Sauce (see recipe)--or more depending on your taste
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Pasta from Hell:

In a large saucepan het the oil and sautee the onions and red pepper in it over a medium heat for 4 minutes.Add the bananas, the pineapple and orange juices.
