How Do I Make Egg Pasta?

Here is how you make Egg Pasta:

Put flout and salt in mixer with blender blade. Add wet ingredients. Mix about 1 minute (30 sec @ #1 speed; 30 sec. @ #2 speed). Dump dough surface well floured with all-purpose flour. Knead by hand 8-10 minutes folding over 1/8th at a time, going in a circle. Rest dough 30+ minutes at room temperature. Cut dough into 4-6 pcs. Flatten each piece and fold over like a letter 4x. Flour the rectangle generously on each side. Run dough through each width of sheet setting on pasta roller 2x. Grab the flattened dough as it extrudes and pull gently. Cut long rectangle in 1/2 or 1/3. Drop and pull through spaghetti or fettucini cutter with mixer set at #1 speed and cutter set at #6 width. Hang the extruded noodles on a drying rack. Make the remaining dough balls the same way. Fill a large pot with 6.5 qt. water and bring to a next-to-boil. Add 1/8-1/4 Cup salt. Gently drop in prepared noodles.
