Boil a pot of water, seasoned with garlic & onion powder and salt. Add pasta and boil until desired texture. In the meantime, add miso soup and chicken stock to large pan. Saute onions and garlic until tender. Add remaining vegetables and cook until tender. Drain pasta and add to vegetables. Add salt & pepper to taste.
