1/2 tbsp olive oil

6 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 lbs of fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tsp kosher salt

Here is how you make Pine Nut Pasta:

Start by boiling water & cooking noodles according to instructions on box. Meanwhile chop pine nuts, garlic cloves & tomatoes. Heat olive oil in large skillet/pan over med-high heat. Add pine nuts for 2-3 minutes & then add garlic for an additional minute until lightly browned. Add basil tomatoes and cook down until tender (approx 10 minutes). Add salt & pepper & cooked noodles to pan. Let simmer for a couple of minutes. Serving Size:?makes 8-- 8oz servings
