Here is how you make Spinach and Mushroom Pasta:

Prepare pasta as usual and while it is cooking saute onions & garlic in olive oil until tender. Add mushrooms, spinach and seasonings (I use basil, oregano, salt & pepper) and saute for 2 more minutes. Add broth, white wine and milk then simmer for several minutes.
