7 Plum Tomatoes, halved
1/2 of a med-large onion, Diced
4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
2 Tbsp of Sunflower Oil
Italian seasoning to taste

Here is how you make Roasted Pepper and Tomato Pasta:

Set pasta to boil.Use 1/2 of the oil to saute the peppers, onions and garlic. Use the other half to coat the tomatoes on a pan. Place tomatoes under the broiler until roasted and slightly charred. When the tomatoes have slightly blackened, place the tomatoes in the pan with the peppers, onions, and garlic. Add the Italian seasoning.
