1 20 oz. package frozen spinach
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes (with chilies if you wish)
1 jar pimentos
1.5 cups raisins

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and return to boil. Add frozen lima beans and cook until both pasta and beans are tender. Turn off heat, add frozen spinach. Stir and drain in a large colander.

Return drained mixture to pot. Add Boca crumbles, tomatoes, pimentos and raisins. Stir well. Allow to cool and store in refrigerator.
