In a very large microwavable dish (I used my second-largest glass mixing bowl) combine oats, oat bran, water/other liquid, and chia seed.Microwave on 1/2 power for 4 minutes and stir. Repeat this process two more times for a total of 12 minutes in the microwave. You'll want to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't overflow during the 3rd round of cooking. After the 3rd round of cooking let sit in the microwave for about 3 more minutes.When the oats are finished, stir in protein powder and sweeteners of choice (I use vanilla stevia and stevia powder).
