4 lg mushrooms, sliced
1 medium Sliced onion
whatever other veggies you like.
5-10 sprays of cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
lime juice (of 1 lime)
4 corn tortillas warmed
1/2 avocado
2 T reduced fat sour cream
salsa (as much as you like)

spray cooking spray on all the veggies. Grill on the BBQ or a grill pan, just until they get the grill marks, but you want them still crunchy. Put salt & pepper on the grilled veggies, drizzle lime juice over the grilled veggies.
