2 cups Reduced fat shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
8 oz canned mushrooms, chopped
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Combine Ricotta, egg, spinach, basil and oregano. In another bowl combine Spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Spread 3/4 cups of sauce in a 13x9 baking dish and place 3 pieces of the lasagna, making sure they don't overlap or touch the edges of the pan. Spread about 2/3 cup ricotta mixture, followed by 3/4 cups sauce and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Layer 2 more times and finish the last layer with just sauce and mozzarella. Bake covered @ 350.
