2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Oregano ground
2 Teaspoons of Basil ground
1 Teaspoon of Thyme

Here is how you make Veggie Fajitas with Protobello Mushroom:

Start by cleaning the Portobello Mushrooms. Next combine all the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Brush the marinade all over the mushroom tops. Place them on a plate and let them sit at room temperature for about 1 hr. (If you only have 30mins that's fine, longer is fine too). Grill the mushrooms till tender. While grilling the mushrooms prepare your veggies cutting them into slices. Next spray the pan with some PAM and start with your onions. Cooking the onions until they are caramelized or browned, about 10 mins. Next put in the rest of your veggies and cook until tender. Once cooked sprinkle the taco seasoning over the veggies. Add a splash of Lemon juice to thin the seasoning & kind of make a light sauce. Cook veggies for another 3-5 mins. Take your mushrooms off the grill and slice them into strips. Warm you tortillas and enjoy!Makes 2 servings (1 mushroom & 2 tortillas each for 2 people).
