Here is how you make Peanut Veggie Stir-Fry:

Prepare brown rice. While rice is cooking, heat a large nonstick wok or skillet over high heat. Add the oil to the pan and warm. Add the onions, carrot, and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms, broccoli, greens, and pepper flakes and stir-fry for 2 minutes more. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, water, and lime juice in a small bowl and add to wok or skillet.
