In bread machine place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Choose dough setting. When dough process is complete remove bread, punch down, shape into loaf, place in prepared pan and let rise.Bake at 375 degrees about 35 minutes.NOTE: can let it bake in machine, it's just my preference not to.
