Here is how you make Bread Whole Wheat with Flax:

Mix water, yeast, honey, oil, salt, flax, dough enhancer, gluten and 5 cups of the flour together. Let rise for 15 - 20 minutes. Add rest of the flour 1 cup at a time until dough is clean from sides of mixer. Should be slightly sticky. Knead for 8 minutes. Shape into 6 loaves and bake @ 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
