Give quick stir.Using the dough hook attachment on your mixture, mix slow (level 2) for 2-5 minutes. Slowly add in remaining flour until dough begins to separate from sides of bowl and forms a ball. Allow mixer to run another 8 minutes.Spray with butter (or Olive Oil)Cover with warm, wet towel and allow to rise of 45 minutes. After 45 minutes roll out dough and use as desire.
